- Work with multi‑agency teams to undertake targeted work with children subject to Child Protection planning.
- Co‑locate with Early Help and Police colleagues.
- Support social work practice across Edge of Care teams, Family Group Conference coordinators, Lifelong Links, Complex Safeguarding Hub and Missing from Home service.
- A qualified, registered Social Worker.
- Full UK Driver's Licence.
- Availability for an in‑person interview.
