• 2 references (preferably covering 3 years)
• Social Work qualification and registration with Social Work England
• Medical clearance via a pre‑placement health assessment (PPHA)
• Full valid driving licence and personal car (Essential Car User)
• Enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check
• Adhere to truthful application standards and avoid plagiarism

• Provide peer support during duty shifts and assist the team as required.
• Attend multidisciplinary team (MDT) meetings and undertake safeguarding duties, including care coordination.
• Collaborate with partners and stakeholders to ensure safeguarding procedures are in place.
• Identify, challenge, and develop solutions to safeguarding risks for vulnerable residents.
• Work with partner agencies to deliver effective planning for vulnerable residents of Manchester, representing the City Council at meetings, proceedings, and reviews.
• Actively engage in team and service development, promoting innovative ideas and techniques to improve service performance and outcomes.
• Support colleagues in providing a consistent, high‑quality social care service in complex individual and family situations.

• Social Work qualification and registration with Social Work England.
• Two professional references.
• Valid UK driving licence and own vehicle.
• Enhanced DBS clearance.
• Right to work in the UK (no Sponsorship under the Skilled Worker route).
