Role Overview

As an Income Officer, you will be the financial backbone of our property management efforts, ensuring that rental incomes are managed efficiently and effectively. Your role will involve:

  • Managing Rent Collections: Oversee the collection of rent payments, ensuring accuracy and timeliness while maintaining a supportive approach towards tenants.
  • Tenant Support: Provide financial advice and support to tenants, helping them understand their rent obligations and assisting with any financial difficulties they may encounter.
  • Debt Management: Proactively manage and reduce arrears through effective communication and tailored repayment plans.
  • Reporting: Maintain detailed records and generate regular reports on income and arrears, offering insights to improve our processes.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with housing officers and support staff to ensure a holistic approach to tenant well‑being.
