Location: Failsworth
Oldham-Council is looking for an Outreach Worker to join The Springboard Project in Oldham. This role is pivotal in mentoring and supporting students with Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) needs. Applicants should have experience with young people, a nurturing approach, and resilience to navigate complex situations.
The position is based full-time with a focus on providing relational support both in and outside traditional educational settings.
