Location: Stretford
TRAFFORD COUNCIL is seeking a Family Hub Navigator to provide essential support to children, young people, and their families. This role involves delivering early family help services to improve outcomes through the integrated Family Hub Model.
The ideal candidate will have experience working with those in crisis, delivering service with professionalism and care. The position offers flexibility, with an expectation of occasional evening and weekend work. Enhanced DBS check and residency in the UK are required.
