We are looking for compassionate, reliable, and dedicated Waking Nights Support Workers to join our brand-new organisation based in Sale. About the Role
As a Waking Nights Support Worker, you will provide high-quality overnight support, ensuring the safety, wellbeing, and emotional needs of the young people we support are met throughout the night.

You will help create a calm, safe, and nurturing environment while maintaining accurate records and responding appropriately to any situations that arise.

Key Responsibilities
Provide attentive overnight support and supervision.
Promote a safe, secure, and therapeutic environment.
Complete regular welfare checks and monitor the wellbeing of young people.
Maintain clear and accurate records throughout the shift.
Respond calmly and effectively to incidents or emergencies.
Support with household tasks to ensure the home is clean, organised, and prepared for the day team.
Work in line with safeguarding procedures, company policies, and regulatory requirements.
Communicate effectively during handovers with colleagues.

A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Experience in care or support work is desirable but not essential, as full training will be provided.
Flexibility to work waking night shifts (11:00pm-7:00am).
