Education and Wellbeing Specialist

Purpose of the role

This is a 22.5‑hour temporary post until 30 November 2026. A great way to further develop skills around working with young people and promoting positive sexual health and relationship outcomes.

• Demonstrable experience of delivering education, training, health promotion and/or outreach
• Demonstrable experience of working with young people and/or adults, including at risk or vulnerable groups who may not access mainstream services
• Ability to deliver engaging, interactive and meaningful educational activities
• Ability to organise own workload and work without direct supervision
• Good understanding of sexual and reproductive health, relationships and emotional wellbeing

• Hours: Part‑time 22.5 hours per week
• Probationary period: Upon completion, eligible for 4‑Day Week program, working 20% fewer hours without salary reduction
• Contract: Temporary
• Location: Manchester
• Salary: £26,227.50 per annum pro rata
• Closing date: 02/08/2026

• DBS check: Enhanced DBS check required
• Must provide paperwork demonstrating right to work in the UK
