Role Responsibilities- Providing a frontline service to residents within a Scheme
- Managing Compliance processes
- Supporting residents with Income issues
- Completing Health and Safety checks
- Morning Calls
- Support Plans
- Risk Assessments
- Managing voids
- Social Housing or Social Care experience
- Enhanced DBS Check
