Salford City Council's Strengthening Families programme is an intensive, long-term early help service for vulnerable families. We seek a qualified Practitioner to support families across Salford, delivering bespoke packages of support, building resilience and safeguarding children.
You will work both independently and as part of a team, engaging families in outreach settings, recording progress, and coordinating services with partner agencies.
