Action Together is seeking a Domestic Abuse Support Worker - Thriving Families in Manchester. You will deliver trauma-informed, tailored interventions to adult victims/survivors within a multi-disciplinary team and collaborate with Manchester City Council to enhance safety and wellbeing.
You will complete risk and needs assessments, develop safety plans, provide advocacy, and work across agencies to ensure coordinated support while empowering families.
