Up to £43,626.47 per annum, depending on experience Base

What We Offer £1,000 Car Allowance or Company Car scheme 30 days' annual leave, increasing to 35 days with length of service Bank Holidays Company Pension Life Assurance x2 Employee Discount Scheme & Medical Cash Plan Your Role As a Senior / Supervising Social Worker, you will be an integral part of our friendly and dynamic team, primarily working with Foster Parent households in Merseyside and the North West region.
Your responsibilities will include:
Recruiting, training, assessing, supporting, and supervising a diverse range of Foster Parents.
Ensuring high-quality placements for looked-after children.

About You You are an enthusiastic and committed self-starter, capable of working independently while maintaining strong connections with team members and Foster Parents.
Excellent assessment skills and strong communication abilities (both written and verbal) are essential.
You should be a qualified Social Worker with current Social Work England registration. Recent experience in fostering and children's services is desirable, but we welcome less experienced candidates as well.
A solid understanding of relevant legislation, policies, and procedures related to fostering and safeguarding is important.
