Great Places Housing Group is seeking a Housing and Wellbeing Officer to help customers become more independent within a customer-focused environment. You will work to identify needs, coordinate care with MDTs, and support tenancy management while safeguarding residents.
Roles include coaching for independence, signposting to services, and delivering high-quality customer service. Training will be provided, with emphasis on confidentiality and partnership work.
