Job Description

A reliable Personal Assistant / Support Worker is required to support a young man with community access, social activities, and developing independent living skills.

The role will mainly involve supporting attendance at weekday evening and weekend sporting events and activities, alongside assistance with appointments and encouraging confidence and independence in day-to-day life.

Roles and Responsibilities

Providing one-to-one support within the community and at social activities

Supporting attendance at weekday evening and weekend sporting events

Assisting with attending appointments and planned activities

Encouraging and developing independent living skills

Promoting confidence, communication, and social interaction

Supporting with planning routines and organisation skills

Ensuring the individual’s safety, wellbeing, and comfort at all times

Providing reliable, respectful, and discreet support

Building a positive and professional working relationship

Hourly Rate: £13.45

How will the hours be used:
Thursdays
