Early Break in Salford is seeking a Young Persons Substance Use Advocacy Worker to provide one-to-one, face-to-face support to young people and their families. The role involves assessing needs, developing SMART care plans, and coordinating with partners to access services, with potential evening or weekend sessions as required.
You will work in community settings, advocate for young people, and contribute to safeguarding, data recording, and safeguarding compliance under Early Break policies.
