Hybrid/multiple locations (offices of Cambridge House and Local Authority partners)

Salary: up to £31,101 per annum

Working hours:

35 (FT) hours per week (Monday to Friday)

As a member of the Safer Renting team, led by the Head of Service, this role is responsible for:

• Advising renters about their rights and advocating on their behalf
• Supporting partnership work, including with local authority enforcement and homelessness prevention teams
• Assisting our research, campaigning and policy initiatives.

• Empowering individuals with the knowledge, guidance and confidence to exercise and enforce their rights.
• Supporting legal action and securing positive outcomes for individuals through evidence-based case preparation.
