About the role – Service Coordinator

• The main purpose of this role is to provide support to people with multiple and complex needs as part of a service for those who have lost their home or been rough sleeping.
• You will help a service user to develop the skills needed to move on into independent living/permanent housing via a person-centred support package that is tailor made to suit the needs of everyone accessing the service.
• The role works on a rota to contribute to the staffing of a 24-hours-a-day service.
• The role is full time of 18.45 hours per week. The shift pattern is 7.5 hours a day between the hours of 8am and 8pm weekdays, with an occasional weekend shift (currently one every 9 weeks) to deliver activities and some elements of the service outside of “normal working hours”.
• You will be expected to work within the organisation's charitable aims and objectives and contribute to the maintenance and development of the Association's values, culture, and ethos.
