Organisational Development Manager | Greater Manchester Mental Health NHS Foundation Trust

We’re looking for an experienced Organisational Development Manager (Band
7) to join our People Directorate. You’ll support the design and delivery of organisational development interventions that strengthen culture, team effectiveness, leadership capability and colleague experience across the Trust.
Working closely with the Head of Organisational Development, HR colleagues and services across the organisation, you’ll provide OD consultancy and practical support to help teams and directorates respond to local priorities. You’ll design and facilitate development activity, support change and improvement work, contribute to leadership development, and use insight and feedback to shape effective interventions and evaluate impact.
The postholder will provide specialist organisational development support across the Trust, using diagnostics and evidence-based approaches to design and deliver interventions that improve culture, team effectiveness and organisational performance.
They will plan, coordinate and deliver a range of development activity, including workshops, team interventions and leadership development support, working with colleagues and subject matter experts where required.
The role will work in partnership with services, directorates and HR colleagues to provide practical OD consultancy, support change and improvement activity, and help teams respond to local priorities and challenges.
In addition, the postholder will contribute to colleague engagement and organisational development activity by helping to gather and use feedback, support action planning, and ensure development work is informed by insight and aligned to organisational priorities.
They will build effective relationships across the organisation, communicate clearly with a range of stakeholders, and support the monitoring, evaluation and continuous improvement of organisational development activity.
