We are looking to recruit an experienced Living Well Coordinator to join an established team within a local housing organisation. Working across the South Manchester area, you will build trusted relationships with residents, families and individuals, as well as colleagues across the organisation and external partner agencies.

  • An understanding of safeguarding, risk management and the challenges that can impact on a person's ability to sustain their home and tenancy.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues, families and external agencies to achieve positive outcomes.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail, including accurate record-keeping and case management.
