Are you passionate about supporting vulnerable people to live independently? Do you have experience in supported housing, sheltered housing, housing management or tenancy management?
An exciting opportunity has become available for a Scheme Manager to join a Supported Housing team on a permanent basis.
Location
You will be based across two supported housing schemes in South Trafford, with occasional travel to a Manchester office for meetings when required.
A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle are essential.

About the Role
As Scheme Manager, you will oversee two supported housing schemes, ensuring residents receive a high-quality, person-centred housing management service. You will support vulnerable adults, older people and individuals with mental health needs, promoting independence while ensuring the schemes remain safe, compliant and well managed.
