Clwyd Alyn Housing is seeking a compassionate Homeless Support Officer for the Hurst Newton scheme in Wrexham. You will work on a rota, including evenings, weekends and bank holidays, to support young people aged 16-25 towards independence and wellbeing.
Join a values-led team focused on trauma-informed, strengths-based support, building relationships, developing personalised plans and coordinating with housing, health and social care partners to promote safety and progression.
