Working closely with the Senior Employment Coach, you will help ensure the Job Club runs effectively and offers a high-quality service for all participants.
In this role, you will support the programme launch and ongoing delivery by helping to recruit St Peter’s Ward residents, develop referral pathways, and build strong relationships with local stakeholders and employers. You will also assist with caseload management and progression tracking, ensuring that individuals are supported to develop skills, connect with opportunities, and achieve their potential.
The role is initially for up to 15 hours across 2 days a week, for a period of 6-months. Further opportunities may be available beyond this but cannot be guaranteed.

The successful candidate will work closely with the wider team to engage individuals, provide practical support, and help people build confidence as they prepare for work. You will assist with day‑to‑day delivery, including working with referral partners, supporting training and coaching activities, and helping to match individuals with opportunities that reflect employer needs.

More importantly, you will bring excellent communication skills, the ability to build rapport quickly, strong IT literacy, and the flexibility to adapt to the needs of both the project and the people you are supporting.
