Position: Consultant Social Worker - Family Help
Our client, a Greater Manchester council is seeking a Children’s Consultant Social Worker to join their Family Help Team. Fantastic payrate of £40 per hour! Support and mentor up to 12 Assessed and Supported Year in Employment (ASYE) social workers. Act as a role model for excellent social work practice and professional standards. Provide guidance and support with assessments, planning, and interventions for children and families. Complete direct observations, reflective discussions, and provide constructive feedback to support professional development. Undertake quality assurance activities and contribute to performance management processes.

Prepare and review reports, ensuring high-quality and timely written work. Work closely with Workforce Development to deliver bespoke training and support ASYEs in attending key meetings and professional learning opportunities. Requirements of this role:
Must be a Qualified Social Worker, registered with Social Work England. Must have minimum of 3 year's experience working as a Qualified social worker
