Our Client, a Greater Manchester council is seeking a Children's Social Care Practice Improvement Officer to join their Team. Fantastic payrate of up to £40 per hour! Lead on practice improvement initiatives across Children's Social Care, supporting the development of high-quality, child-centred practice. Undertake audits, case reviews, and quality assurance activities to evaluate practice standards and identify areas for improvement. Analyse performance data, inspection findings, and feedback to support service development and improvement planning. Develop and deliver training, workshops, and learning resources to enhance practitioner knowledge and skills.
Provide professional advice and support to managers and practitioners on policy, procedures, and best practice. Support the implementation of statutory guidance, safeguarding standards, and improvement frameworks across services. Work collaboratively with teams, partners, and senior leaders to promote continuous learning, reflective practice, and positive outcomes for children and families. Requirements of this role:
Must be a Qualified Social Worker, registered with Social Work England. Must have minimum of 3 year's experience working as a Qualified social worker
