Beyond Empower is looking for a compassionate, confident and motivated Lifestyle Coach to support disabled adults across Salford to live healthier, happier and more connected lives.
This is a hands‑on, community-based role supporting individuals and small groups to identify their interests and access activities such as gym sessions, exercise classes, swimming, walking, cycling, arts and crafts and social opportunities. You'll help people build confidence and independence, develop social connections and sustain participation in activities that matter to them.
We're looking for someone who enjoys working with people, is adaptable and a good communicator, and is comfortable being active and working out and about in the community. This is not a building-based or personal care role.
Salary: £27,300 per year + 5% employer pension contribution and staff benefits
Hours: 35 hours per week

Full-time, Monday to Friday.
