We have an exciting opportunity for an Adults Social Worker to join our Mental Health Services Team in Gloucestershire. • Conduct focused S117 reviews as part of a dynamic multidisciplinary team.
• Be flexible and adaptable, meeting the unique needs of individuals in a Mental Health setting.
• Support and empower people to regain control of their lives during crises.
• Use the Three Conversation approach to focus on people’s strengths and the community around them.
• Collaborate with multiple agencies and work within court environments as needed.

Your experience in Adult Social Care and knowledge of relevant social work legislation and theories will be instrumental in your success.

• Registered Social Worker with Social Work England.
• Completed ASYE year or equivalent experience.
• Experience in Adult Social Care.
• Knowledge of relevant social work legislation and theories.
• Valid UK driving licence and access to a car (potential accommodations under the Equality Act will be considered).
