• Design, build and run scalable backend systems using Kotlin and AWS.
• Contribute to technical direction, team practices and architectural decisions.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, designers and other engineers.
• Mentor junior engineers and help raise the technical bar.

• Strong backend engineering experience using Kotlin or Java in production.
