Our Winning Culture is the engine that drives our teams of innovators. We champion diversity of thought and ideas, we behave like leaders regardless of title, we are committed to achieving ambitious goals, and we love celebrating our wins – big and small.

Supported by operating principles of being strategy‑led, values‑based and disciplined in execution, you’ll be inspired, connected, developed and rewarded here. Everything that makes you unique is welcome; join us and let’s build what’s next – together! Working within our Developer Infrastructure Group as a member of the Continuous Integration Team you and the team will be working on a shared goal of the group to continually improve the path to production for service teams across Anaplan.

You will be contributing to the pipeline tooling that turns code into a containerised and orchestrated SaaS platform. Working as a team, we will engage with fellow Developer Infrastructure teams to integrate each stage of the path to production, to make the developer experience as seamless, fast and dependable as possible. Our next generation managed pipeline platform will involve creating new APIs and interfacing with other parts of the pipeline via an event bus.

If you have a bias to action, value automation over repetition, and want to be part of driving the adoption of Dev Ops best practices in a maturing organisation then this is the place for you!

Responsibilities
  • Deliver Continuous Integration solutions built on public cloud infrastructure, third party and open‑source build tools, as well as your own components and integrations.
  • Deliver on a self‑service model in which engineers are able to use your solutions to self‑provision where possible.
  • You’ll help to support and maintain your solutions in production, embracing an agile mindset and contributing to development processes that work best for your team, projects and commitments.
  • Work on a complex build system, which communicates with AWS & GCP in a highly scalable Kubernetes environment.
  • Engage with the Agile process to support continuous improvement.
  • Pair with your colleagues to build everything from rapid prototypes to highly testable and tested platform capabilities.
  • Work on the tools and services that turn hard problems into turnkey solutions
Qualifications
  • You will be a skilled software engineer, practiced in collaborative Agile and Dev Ops ways of working.
  • Experience with Gradle, Kotlin, Java, Python or Poetry would be advantageous.
  • Communication and collaboration skills - you are pragmatic and know how to build trust.
  • Any experience with Observability platforms such as Grafana / Prometheus.
  • Any experience with Java Tuning or Debugging platforms would be very useful.
