Were looking for a Technical Team Lead / Senior Software Engineering Lead to motivate, coach, and mentor a small engineering team delivering projects aligned with our Group Products roadmap. In this role, youll combine hands-on technical delivery with people leadership, ensuring solutions are well designed, secure, scalable, and maintainable. Youll work closely with product, engineering, and wider stakeholders to turn ideas into high-quality software delivered through modern agile practices.
