.Net Developer; Mid-level to Senior

Salary: £35,000 - 65,000 per year

• Lead C#/.NET Developer based in the UK (no sponsorship available)
• Minimum 5 years of commercial experience as a Software Developer in a C#/.NET Core web/API environment.
• Proven experience leading or managing a development team.
• Strong craftsmanship skills – TDD, SOLID, refactoring patterns.
• Dev Ops mindset with experience in Azure or AWS (knowledge of GCP and Serverless/Lambda welcomed).
• Ability to contribute to architectural decisions and make technical concepts clear to stakeholders.
• Excellent communication skills and confidence working in an agile environment.
• Basic capability in front‑end technologies (JavaScript, CSS/SASS, HTML).
• Passion for continuous learning and sharing within the team.

• Lead the design, development and delivery of C#/.NET applications in a test‑driven, Dev Ops culture.
• Collaborate with product, ops and other engineering teams on infrastructure and architecture decisions.
• Mentor developers, promote best practices and support career growth within the team.
• Occasionally travel to Cambridge office once every other month.
