Job Description & How to Apply Below

We’re a £multi-million backed company reshaping our industry, and we’re looking for a mid-level Full Stack Engineer who wants to build real products, move fast, and see their work in the wild. If you’re excited by small teams, clear ownership, and shipping often, without the chaos of a “move fast and break everything” culture, you’ll fit right in.

We’re lean by design, scaling quickly, and biased toward shipping. We use AI tooling to spin up and test new products fast, kill what doesn’t work, and double down on what does.

This is a role for a mid-level Full Stack Engineer who wants real ownership, real impact, and a front-row seat to how a startup actually grows.

What you’ll be working on:
  • Building and evolving real products used by millions of consumers every day, not side projects or internal tools
  • Working across the full stack, from PHP services to React and React Native interfaces
  • Launching new ideas quickly, using AI tooling to move from idea → prototype → production without ceremony
  • Improving the platform as we scale, fixing rough edges, reducing friction, and keeping things understandable
  • Working closely with product and design, making trade-offs and decisions together instead of blindly following specs
Who we’re looking for:

We’re not after perfection. We are after someone who gets things done.

  • You’ve worked as a full stack engineer before and shipped production code you care about
  • You're proficient in Typescript, PHP, React/React Native and AWS.
  • You’re curious about AI tooling and happy using it to move faster (not threatened by it) and idelaly you'll already be using Cursor, Claude, or Copilot in your daily workflow.
  • You’re comfortable owning features end to end, even when the brief is a bit fuzzy
  • You’re happy jumping between backend, frontend, and the odd infrastructure concern when needed
  • You like small teams, direct feedback, and seeing your work live quickly
A bit more from the CTO:
  • Yes, we move quickly. But we’re deliberate about how we do it.
  • We prioritise work clearly, you won’t be juggling ten “urgent” things at once
  • We ship in small, reversible steps rather than big risky launches
  • We care about code quality and leaving things better than we found them
  • We don’t glorify burnout, late nights, or heroics
  • When something’s unclear, we talk it through instead of pushing pressure downstream
  • You’ll have autonomy and trust, but also support, context, and space to do good work. The goal is sustainable pace, not constant fire-fighting.
What's next?

Send over your CV / Linkedin Profiles / Github account and we will be in touch. If you've used AI tooling tell us about it and if you've build your own products, highlight them too.
