As part of our growing software engineering team, you’ll collaborate with graphic artists, mathematicians, designers, and fellow engineers to bring innovative game ideas to life. You’ll help shape the gameplay, features, and player experiences that define our next generation of UK and international gaming products.

This role is well‑suited to individuals with a strong foundation in programming or mathematics, whether you’re early in your career or an experienced engineer looking for a fresh challenge. You’ll produce high quality code, contribute directly to top performing game titles, and learn from a team of seasoned, supportive engineers who are passionate about their craft.

*** Take responsibility for delivering engaging game content as part of a cross‑functional development team.
* Develop robust, maintainable software while following coding standards, processes, and release guidelines.
* Manage your own development schedule and deliver features in a timely and organised manner.
* Participate actively in code reviews both giving and receiving constructive feedback that strengthens the entire codebase.

** What You Bring
*** Strong programming fundamentals and solid mathematical competence.
* Commercial experience developing games using the Unity engine.
* Professional experience with C#; experience with C++ is an advantage.
* A good understanding of statistical mathematics (desirable).
* A willingness to learn, grow, and be mentored by senior engineers.
** Qualifications
* ** A degree (or equivalent) in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a similar technical discipline.
