Hands-on Apache Kafka experience is essential for this role. Applications without Kafka experience will not be considered.

• Design, build, and support Kafka-based streaming solutions

• Support applications throughout their Kafka journey, from design to implementation.
• Build and maintain low‑latency, highly available, and scalable systems.
• Develop automation, developer tooling, and release processes.
• Maintain clean coding practices and engineering best standards.
• Identify technical improvements and contribute to platform evolution.
• Support functional and performance testing activities.

• Essential: Proven, hands‑on experience with Apache Kafka in production environments.
• Experience with at least one high‑level language:
  Python, Java, or Go
  .
• Experience working in high‑volume, transaction‑heavy environments.
• Strong understanding of real-time data streaming and event‑driven architectures.
• Experience with cloud platforms and data technologies (
  GCP, Big Query, Spanner, SQL
  ).
• Experience working in Linux environments.
• Knowledge of monitoring, dashboards, and observability best practices.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
• Confident communicator, comfortable working with multiple stakeholders.
