About the Role

We are working with a fast-growing healthcare technology business that provides digital solutions to improve patient care and streamline healthcare services. They are looking for a mid to senior-level .NET Developer to join their remote engineering team. This role is ideal for a developer who is passionate about building impactful technology within the healthcare sector, working on complex applications that integrate with wider systems across the industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, and maintain applications using the .NET framework.
  • Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other developers to deliver scalable and secure solutions.
  • Work on integrations with external systems and APIs, ensuring interoperability and compliance with industry standards.
  • Write clean, efficient, and testable code following best practices.
  • Contribute to system architecture discussions and technical decision-making.
  • Participate in code reviews, mentoring junior developers where needed.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across applications.
Key Skills & Experience
  • Strong hands-on experience with C# and .NET (Framework or Core).
  • Experience working on web-based applications and backend services.
  • Solid understanding of SQL databases (SQL Server or Postgre

    SQL).
  • Experience with API development and integration (RESTful or FHIR beneficial).
  • Familiarity with cloud technologies (AWS or Azure) and containerisation (Docker/Kubernetes) is desirable.
  • Background working in the healthcare or regulated industries is highly advantageous.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with an eye for performance and scalability.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a distributed, remote team.
