We are working with a fast-growing healthcare technology business that provides digital solutions to improve patient care and streamline healthcare services. They are looking for a mid to senior-level .NET Developer to join their remote engineering team. This role is ideal for a developer who is passionate about building impactful technology within the healthcare sector, working on complex applications that integrate with wider systems across the industry.
Key Responsibilities- Design, develop, and maintain applications using the .NET framework.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other developers to deliver scalable and secure solutions.
- Work on integrations with external systems and APIs, ensuring interoperability and compliance with industry standards.
- Write clean, efficient, and testable code following best practices.
- Contribute to system architecture discussions and technical decision-making.
- Participate in code reviews, mentoring junior developers where needed.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across applications.
- Strong hands-on experience with C# and .NET (Framework or Core).
- Experience working on web-based applications and backend services.
- Solid understanding of SQL databases (SQL Server or Postgre
SQL). - Experience with API development and integration (RESTful or FHIR beneficial).
- Familiarity with cloud technologies (AWS or Azure) and containerisation (Docker/Kubernetes) is desirable.
- Background working in the healthcare or regulated industries is highly advantageous.
- Strong problem-solving skills with an eye for performance and scalability.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a distributed, remote team.
