Software Engineer, Product Engineering

About the Role

Our engineering culture strives to create an environment where engineers own and deliver product features end‑to‑end, from research through design to implementation. As a product engineer, you will write product specs, create wireframes, and build the product with minimal oversight while collaborating with product and design stakeholders.

• Lead the design, specification, and implementation of new product features.
• Research competitors and user needs to inform product direction.
• Write product specifications, wireframes, and design documentation.
• Build and maintain scalable backend services and frontend interfaces.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers to integrate features.
• Ensure high‑quality code through automated testing, code reviews, and CI/CD pipelines.

• Strong full‑stack engineering experience with a focus on product ownership and user impact.
• Ability to work across technology stacks, including both frontend and backend.
• Experience with ambiguous or complex product problems and a willingness to navigate uncertainty.
• Momentum for speed and quality, with clear communication and collaboration skills.
• Demonstrated ability to balance architecture and feature delivery while mentoring peers.
