Engineering Lead, Cloud Engineer - Software, DevOps

Engineering Lead – Are you passionate about driving innovation and best practices in your field?

• Lead design and delivery of scalable, high‑quality engineering solutions across backend, cloud, and integration layers
• Act as a hands‑on technical leader while mentoring and guiding engineers within feature teams
• Own technical decision‑making, architecture alignment, and engineering best practices
• Ensure features are delivered end‑to‑end (design, build, test, deploy, operate)
• Collaborate closely with product owners, architects, QA, and Dev Ops teams
• Establish and enforce coding standards, CI/CD practices, and quality gates
• Proactively identify and mitigate technical risks and dependencies
• Support production stability, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement

• Strong hands‑on experience in backend engineering (Java / Spring Boot or equivalent stack)
• Solid understanding of microservices architecture and distributed systems
• Experience building and consuming RESTful APIs
• Strong experience with cloud‑native development (GCP / AWS / Azure)
• Experience with containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes)
• Good understanding of CI/CD pipelines and Dev Ops practices
• Strong experience with Git and modern version control workflows
• Strong understanding of business requirements and the ability to translate them into effective Test cases
• Effective and excellent interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a multi‑vendor team
