• Strong backend engineering experience (Kotlin, Java, or similar)
• Experience building and scaling distributed systems
• AI Tooling (you’ll use Claude, Cursor or similar daily)
• A product mindset, you think about users, not just code
• You value clean code, testing, and long‑term quality
• Comfortable making trade‑offs and moving at pace
• A collaborative approach, low ego, high ownership
