Software Engineering Manager – Stafford or Manchester – Hybrid x2 a week – Lead 10–12 Engineers

• Cross‑functional Influence
  • Partner closely with Product, QA, and Programme teams to ensure alignment and delivery success.
  • Represent engineering in strategic conversations and planning initiatives.
