GenAI Full Stack Engineer - Consultant​/Senior Consultant - Digital Excellence

Your Role

Join our team as a key player in building cutting‑edge GenAI full‑stack applications. In this role, you will:

• Collaborate with the team to develop GenAI proof‑of‑concepts (POCs) for clients using technologies like Retrieval‑Augmented Generation (RAG) and intelligent agents.
• Scale existing POCs to production‑ready solutions for customer use.
• Design and develop full‑stack applications for both GenAI and non‑GenAI projects.
• Support the development of infrastructure to enable robust end‑to‑end solutions.
• Explore and experiment with emerging technologies, including GenAI.
• Coach and mentor team members, fostering skill development within the team.

• Business Development:
  Lead or contribute to proposals, RFPs, bids, and client pitches; develop innovative propositions and participate in client‑hosting events.
• Internal Initiatives:
  Engage in campaign development, internal think tanks, whitepapers; contribute to practice operations, recruitment, and team‑building activities; help shape the organization’s offerings and capabilities.
• Learning and Development:
  Access training and certifications; upskill in high‑demand areas such as GenAI.

• Hold an active Security Check (SC) Clearance or be eligible for such level of clearance.

• Backend Development:
  Experience building microservices with Python‑FastAPI or Type Script‑Express (or equivalent).
• Frontend Development:
  Experience building React applications with Type Script (Next.js or Vite).
• GenAI Frameworks:
  Familiarity with Lang Chain, Lang Graph, CrewAI, or Vercel AI.

  Practical experience with OpenAI, Anthropic, Mistral, Llama, or Ollama.
• Cloud Platforms:
  Proficiency in AWS or Azure.
• Containerization & Orchestration:
  Docker, Kubernetes, Docker Compose.

• Monitoring Tools:
  Langsmith, Langfuse or similar.
• CI/CD:
  Git Lab, Git Hub, Jenkins.
