We are seeking a People Soft Technical Developer to join our growing technology team. This is an excellent opportunity for a developer with SQL and software development experience who is keen to develop specialist skills within the People Soft ecosystem.

The Role As a People Soft Technical Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, supporting, and enhancing technical solutions within our People Soft environment. Working closely with business stakeholders, IT teams, and external partners, you will help deliver scalable and effective solutions that support key business processes.

Key Responsibilities Application Development & Support Design, develop, and maintain technical solutions within the People Soft environment. Translate business requirements into robust technical deliverables. Support application development, testing, troubleshooting, and optimisation activities. Assist with ongoing application support and issue resolution. Systems & Technical Delivery Develop and maintain solutions using People Soft technologies including People Tools, Application Designer, and Data Mover. Work with Microsoft SQL Server and related database technologies.

Support system upgrades, enhancements, and technical implementations. Continuous Improvement Identify opportunities to improve system functionality, performance, and efficiency. Contribute to best practices and continuous improvement initiatives. Stakeholder Collaboration Work closely with IT teams, business users, project teams, and external partners to deliver successful outcomes. About You Essential Requirements Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.

Typically 1-3 years of software development experience, or demonstrable equivalent capability. Good understanding of SQL and database concepts. Strong problem-solving skills and a willingness to learn new technologies. Effective communication and stakeholder engagement skills. Desirable Skills & Experience

Experience with People Soft Financials and/or HCM applications. Exposure to People Soft People Tools, Application Designer, or Data Mover.

Experience with development technologies such as .NET, C#, Java, or similar programming languages. Understanding of enterprise application environments and system integrations. Development Opportunities:
