Working Pattern: 3 days office = strongly collaborative trading-floor style culture and 2 days from home Permanent Role Must hold full UK working rights In Partnership with Robert Half Ltd and TONY KOYRATTY Senior technology leader reporting to the CTO, responsible for leading multiple engineering teams and owning the technical strategy, architecture, and delivery of a high-performance platform. You will drive engineering excellence, scale teams, and partner closely with Product to shape roadmap and deliver complex, business-critical solutions in a fast-moving environment.

This is a hands-on leadership role combining technical authority, people leadership, and delivery accountability, with a strong focus on scalability, reliability, and team culture.
