We have openings for Cloud Application Developers for varying skill levels. This role includes working as part of a multidisciplinary team to design and develop solutions using Azure/AWS and data centre/private cloud, delivering high‑availability, rapidly developed, fully automated solutions predominantly with open‑source software to deliver value to the customer.

• Interact with project roles to understand the business environment, technical context, and organisational strategic direction.
• Advise customers on the latest technologies and methodologies, designing and implementing innovative solutions using automation.
• Understand and implement security policies to satisfy security requirements.
• Design and implement high‑availability, scalable solutions.

• Enthusiasm for collaboration and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Interest in keeping up with emerging tools, techniques, and technologies.
• Effective time‑management and organisational skills.
• Flexible, Agile working style within a fast‑paced and ever‑changing environment.
• Attention to detail with a pragmatic and enthusiastic attitude towards work.

• Experience with AWS, Azure, and Azure Virtual Desktop.
• Proficiency in Python, React, Go.
• Experience deploying applications to cloud architecture and technologies in AWS environments.
• Experience with web application services such as NGINX, Apache, JBoss.
• Experience with Test‑Driven or Behaviour‑Driven development.
• API development and integration (preferably using Go but not essential).
• Experience with monitoring systems such as ELK, Nagios, New Relic, Data Dog, Splunk.
• Working knowledge of digital delivery processes and methodologies.
• Working knowledge of the Atlassian Toolset.
• Knowledge of JavaScript frontend frameworks.
• Knowledge of HTML5 and CSS

• Understanding of asynchronous programming.
• Understanding of database schemas and query languages.
• Knowledge of source control technologies (Bitbucket, Git, Subversion).
• Understanding of deploying and configuring AWS components to meet tight security requirements.
• Awareness of security identity, access management, and authentication using products such as ADFS, SSL/TLS certificates, OIDC, OAuth2, Keycloak, or Red Hat SSO.
