We’re looking for an experienced Senior Android Developer to join our Mobile Collective, supporting and growing apps across Money Saving Expert , Quidco, and Money Super Market .

You’ll work in full-stack, multi-disciplinary squads, collaborating with product managers, designers, and engineers. Expect hands‑on involvement across the entire SDLC, from design and implementation to testing, deployment, and maintenance.

Our apps serve millions of users every month and we're continually evolving our architecture, developer experience, and release processes. You'll help shape technical decisions, tackle performance and scalability challenges, and contribute to the future direction of our Android platform.

We’re an AI-enabled engineering organisation, using tools like Git Hub Copilot and ChatGPT to accelerate delivery and improve code quality. If you’re excited about leveraging AI to build better products, you’ll fit right in.

Our Android stack includes Kotlin, Jetpack Compose, Coroutines, Flow, MVVM/Clean Architecture approaches, Git Hub Actions, and CI/CD pipelines.

• Lead feature delivery and drive technical strategy within your team.
• Collaborate with product and design teams for pixel‑perfect implementation.
• Write clean, maintainable Kotlin code using Jetpack Compose.
• Champion best practices: TDD, pairing, mob programming, and continuous delivery.
• Ensure security is baked in from the start.
• Debug, optimise, and maintain a high‑performing codebase.
• Influence architectural decisions and contribute to technical roadmaps.
• Drive technical discussions and help teams balance speed, quality, and maintainability.
• Support and coach engineers through code reviews, pairing, and mentoring.
• Stay ahead of Android trends and bring fresh ideas to the table.
• Mentor and support team growth.

• Proven experience building Android apps with Kotlin and Jetpack Compose.
• Strong understanding of mobile architecture and design patterns.
• Passion for agile development and shipping value fast.
• Experience with end‑to‑end testing and Git for version control.
• Comfortable using AI coding assistants to boost productivity.
• A collaborative mindset and a drive for continuous improvement.
