Data & Application Developer

We're looking for a Data & Application Developer to join our growing team. You'll play a key role in designing, developing, and supporting business-critical applications, reporting solutions, and data platforms that support operational performance and strategic decision‑making. Working across software development, business intelligence, automation, and data, you'll help deliver innovative Microsoft-based solutions.

• Designing, developing, and supporting applications using C# and .NET
• Creating insightful Power BI dashboards and management reporting
• Building APIs and integrating business‑critical systems
• Developing SQL databases, reports, and data models
• Automating manual processes using Microsoft technologies
• Working closely with operational and business stakeholders to solve real‑world challenges
• Supporting Azure Dev Ops, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile delivery practices
• Driving innovation and continuous improvement through technology

• Commercial experience with C#, .NET, SQL Server, and Power BI
• Experience building and supporting production applications
• Strong stakeholder engagement and requirements gathering skills
• Knowledge of Azure Dev Ops, Git, APIs, and Agile methodologies
• Microsoft Fabric
• Power Apps
• Power Automate
• SSRS / SSIS
• AI and Machine Learning exposure
