Manager, GCP Platform Engineer

We're looking for talented Cloud Platform Engineers to join our growing engineering community and help our clients solve complex challenges through modern cloud technologies.

• Designing, developing, and maintaining cloud-native platforms and pipelines
• Contributing throughout the entire software development lifecycle - from architecture and design through deployment and support
• Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high‑quality software solutions
• Building and automating CI/CD pipelines
• Troubleshooting complex production issues and ensuring the reliability of live services
• Driving technical excellence and championing engineering best practices
• Mentoring team members and contributing to our wider engineering community

• Strong experience designing, building, and operating cloud‑based infrastructure
• Hands‑on expertise with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) services including:
  Compute Engine, VPC, IAM, Cloud Functions
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code using Terraform (including for GCP) or Deployment Manager
• CI/CD automation experience using tools such as Jenkins, Git Lab CI, Cloud Build, or similar
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and container orchestration
• Knowledge of cloud networking, security, monitoring, logging, and operational excellence
• Site Reliability Engineering (SRE)
• GCP security, cost optimisation, and AI/ML services

• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
• Strong problem‑solving mindset
• Ability to prioritise effectively in fast‑paced environments
• Passion for innovation and continuous learning
• Experience mentoring and supporting engineers
