ServiceNow Technical Architect

Salary: £37,000 - 68,500 per year

• Experience delivering Service Now implementations, ideally on 3 end-to-end projects
• Strong hands-on experience with Service Now development and scripting in Java Script
• Exposure to multiple Service Now modules such as ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, or similar
• Experience working with integrations and external systems using REST/SOAP APIs
• Understanding of modern Service Now architecture and platform capabilities
• Experience working in Agile or Dev Ops environments
• Strong problem-solving and stakeholder communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in collaborative, fast-paced environments

• We develop and deliver Service Now solutions across multiple modules including ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, and CSM
• We build and implement custom applications, workflows, and integrations using JavaScript and APIs
• We design and develop scalable platform architectures aligned to best practices
• We create and maintain efficient delivery pipelines and deployment processes
• We work with integrations and third-party systems to deliver connected solutions
