Salesforce Developer

Our client, a leader in the technology sector, is seeking a Salesforce Developer to join their dynamic team. This permanent role is based on a hybrid working pattern with 2 days per week in Bournemouth, London, or Stockport.

• Design, develop and enhance Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, Platform Events, and APIs to support seamless customer and adviser journeys
• Deliver high-quality software through the full development lifecycle, including design, build, testing, deployment, release and ongoing support
• Lead the technical design of scalable and secure Salesforce solutions across Financial Services Cloud, Service Cloud, Data 360, and Agentforce
• Investigate and resolve complex production issues, providing root cause analysis and implementing long-term improvements
• Collaborate with Product Managers, Architects, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into effective technical solutions
• Drive engineering best practices, ensuring solutions meet quality, security, governance, and compliance standards
• Contribute to architectural discussions and technology decisions, helping shape the future direction of the Salesforce platform
• Support and improve Dev Ops processes, including source-driven development, automated deployments and CI/CD practices
