Polluxa, Inc. is seeking an Engineering Manager (Android/Mobile) in Manchester on a hybrid, 2 days per week, 6-month contract (Inside IR35). You will lead a cross-functional team across Android, iOS and Backend, driving high-traffic, customer-facing search products and delivering hands-on technical guidance.
This player-coach role requires strong agile delivery, hands-on Android expertise, and the ability to mentor engineers while accelerating delivery in a global platform environment.
