Salary: £34,000 - 74,000 per year
Requirements:- We are looking for proven experience building complex, scalable, and maintainable software systems.

- Nice to have: knowledge of casino gaming, iGaming, or other regulated software environments.
- Nice to have: experience with web technologies including JavaScript, Type Script, WebGL, and browser performance optimisation.
- Nice to have: understanding of mobile development and performance optimisation for Android and iOS.
- Nice to have: experience with graphics programming, rendering pipelines, shaders, or engine‑level performance improvements.
- Nice to have: knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, build systems, development tool chains, and extending game engines through native modules or SDKs.

- We solve complex performance and optimisation challenges across different platforms, languages, and environments.
- We write clean, high‑quality code and champion engineering best practices to maintain a robust and reliable framework.
- We collaborate closely with game developers, QA, and platform engineering teams within Agile delivery environments such as Scrum and Kanban.
- We contribute to technical discussions, share knowledge with colleagues, and help drive continuous improvement across the engineering function.
