Road Freight Coordinator (Imports)

Shifts:

Monday to Friday – 08:00‑17:00

• Overseeing all UK import road freight pricing requests, bookings and related queries
• Prepare and respond to quotation requests promptly and accurately
• Work closely with Europe‑based teams to ensure timely EU collections and UK deliveries, proactively updating clients as needed and assisting with UK cross‑docking requirements
• Produce accurate invoices and issue them to clients via the internal system
• Building and maintaining strong client relationships, with a focus on service excellence and repeat business

• Proven European road freight experience with a UK based forwarder
• Right to work in the UK (No sponsorship is on offer)
• Experience in Road Imports
• Customs awareness and understanding of current export procedures
• Strong communication skills and a proactive, problem‑solving approach
• The ability to manage multiple shipments in a fast‑paced environment
• A genuine passion for customer service and relationship management
