• To work as part of a two‑person delivery team to ensure all deliveries are of high standard.
• To ensure fleet compliance and health and safety standards are adhered to and continuously improved.
• To adhere to EU Driver Hours and Working Time Regulations.

• Constantly communicate with the transport office regarding daily activities.
• Adhere to stated policies and procedures regarding delivery service and safety at the workplace.
• Ensure daily vehicle checks are completed and faults reported to your transport office team.
• Always offer a pleasant and concise delivery experience at each delivery visit.
• Take full responsibility of operating company vehicles and equipment in a safe manner.
• Ensure that van delivery porters proactively make customer phone calls with ETA’s and keep records of deliveries.
• Take extra care with products to ensure goods are delivered damage free.

Relevant qualifications & experience:

• More than 1‑year experience in HGV driving.
• Hold a valid C+E licence with no more than 6 penalty points.
• Holder of up-to‑date Driver CPC qualification and Digital Tachograph card.
• Experience in the ‘Home Delivery’ service.
• Good geographical knowledge of the UK.
